My career as a sexologist
began many years ago. I was born in Italy and have lived alternately in Germany and Italy since I was 25.
The highs and lows of an intimate relationship
are not only known to me in theory, but from my direct experience as a partner.
My great passions are
dancing in all its forms, especially Argentine tango in recent years, and making music (I play the piano). My daily companion is yoga, hence the name SoHam, the mantra of the breath. In recent years, I have also taken up vegetable gardening in the fresh air, which I am just as passionate about.
The birth of my daughter,
who is now a young woman, has led to some important changes in my life. These have led me to my vocation, which is to help people fulfil their sensual, erotic, and sexual potential.
So I quit my job
as a qualified interpreter and translator and gave up my second job as a qualified photographer to acquire new skills that better suited my new goals and became a sexologist.
I have studied again
In addition to my clinical training in Sexocorporel, I completed a non-medical practitioner qualification in psychotherapy and a master's degree in sexology and attended numerous other training and further education courses. I have been working as a sex therapist, author, lecturer, speaker, and trainer for sex counsellors-to-be and as a group leader for tantra self-awareness groups for over twenty years.
I also write articles and books about the most beautiful secondary matter in the world.

Sexual counselling
For individuals, couples, and poly relationships. I accompany you on your individual path to solving the questions you bring with you.
Training as a sex coach
If you would like to advise people, offer sex education, or lead self-awareness groups or webinars, my training program could be the right thing for you.
Self-experience: Tantra & Yoga
Are you open to alternative—less orthodox—ways of developing your sexual personality? Are you interested in discovering and experiencing new things? Then I offer the Tantra Lounge and a Tantra training retreat.
Guest lecturer/speaker
Are you organizing a congress, or do you need an expert for a lecture? I am happy to share my knowledge and experience.
What I can do best of all,
is to offer people a safe space in which they can deal with the topic of sexuality and address their questions, doubts, and insecurities. In this safe space, I offer information, suggestions, and impulses to take the first steps towards solving the problem.
I am convinced
that we have undiscovered potential within us that is just waiting to be realised. Our body plays a major role in this. I am happy to help you uncover this treasure chest.
The people who come to me
find someone who not only has sound clinical and academic knowledge but also someone who has dared to take unorthodox side paths. I am happy to take you by the hand and guide you through these different paths to the discovery of yourself. I combine traditional knowledge with Far Eastern traditions such as yoga and tantra. This creates the special blend of my work.
I have the good fortune
to work in a field and in a way that I can describe as my vocation. My values in this regard are a great openness and acceptance towards the individual expression of sexuality in each person. Empathy and understanding, as well as down-to-earthness and humanity, best describe my attitude in my work.
My vision is
that more and more people can access their true sexual potential, free themselves from prejudices and beliefs, and experience the power of sexual energy in a self-determined way.

I feel particularly connected to Liguria, where mountains and sea meet in an adventurous proximity and gave me unforgettable moments in my childhood and youth.
